“Kind gestures make it possible for me to pursue my degree and help others in the future.”

Autumn is delighted to be the Women’s Philanthropy Circle Scholarship recipient for the 2014-2015 school year.

A non-traditional student who returned to school to finish her degree after the death of her husband, Autumn has had to deal with quite a lot on her own. Detective Tim B. died from prostate cancer while Autumn was pregnant with twins. Her children are now thriving toddlers.

Autumn knows that her husband would be so proud of her and excited that she was granted a scholarship. “Kind gestures like this are what make it possible for me to pursue my degree and help others in the future,” she said.
