The PC Student Emergency Fund may be used to provide program I department support as deemed appropriate by the PC Counseling Department and Development Office through a College-facilitated process, or via requests to the Foundation by the PC Counseling Department and Development Office. Students may be referred by any Phoenix College employee or may refer themselves to the PC Counseling Office, Financial Aid Office or Dean of Students:
• Students must be officially enrolled in current semester as a PC student;
• Student must meet and speak with a PC counselor;
• Student must pass PC enrollment verification (SIS);
• Student must demonstrate urgent and short-term financial emergency I need;
• Students must demonstrate that other resource options have been examined and pursued;
• Students must discuss and complete an action plan with a PC counselor and/or Dean of Students to meet the students' individual needs and situation.
