“Thank you for presenting me with the Intel Scholarship. I am attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College because of the teachers on campus. They truly care for their students and are willing to help in any way. I have not experienced that with other colleges and universities. My major is Exercise Science with a Pathway to ASU to go into their Sports Science and Performance Programming Degree. I am passionate about health, and I want to make a difference in Athletes’ lives by teaching them how to train their bodies to not get hurt, and if they do get hurt, help them heal in a way that they come out better and stronger. I am striving to go to Physical Therapy school after graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree. This scholarship allows me a little breathing room with paying for this upcoming semester as my wife is pregnant with our 2nd child. We are all extremely grateful for the help. I have been working full time this summer while taking 10 credits of school to progress in school and continue to try to support my family. It has been difficult, but totally worth it.“
